Overview
Our Office IT Skills courses are designed to meet the needs of the office environment. You will gain accredited certification in the use of Microsoft Office packages; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. With a wide range of courses, from absolute beginners to advanced Office users, our courses are suitable for everyone from Data Entry Clerks, Admin Officer to Personal Assistants.
Level 1
  • You will learn:

  • Upon completion
  • You’ll be ready to create and update your CVs, Search net for jobs, complete job applications and emails to potential employers.
Level 2
  • You will learn:

  • • Microsoft Office - Word, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, Database
  • • Email software and more.
  • Upon completion
  • You’ll be ready to produce a business letter, create a presentation with a sound track, work out a monthly budget and track spending, and more.
Advanced email software
Entry Level 3
  • You will learn:
  • • Advanced Microsoft Office - Word, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, Database
  • • Advanced Internet
  • • Advanced email software
  • • Optimise IT system performance and more.
  • Upon completion
  • You’ll be ready to produce an interactive or multi-page magazine, present an interactive or multi- media presentation, produce complex reports and newsletters, and more.
