We aim to offer a recruitment solutions program to provide service to the Third Sector, Private Companies, the Public Sector. We offer end-to-end service with an excellent level of customer service and professionalism through our PET (prepare for employment training) programme. MI ComputSolutions offers employers a tailor-made recruitment service covering all aspects of the process needed for an employer to get the right people first time at NO fee.
Pre-Employment Training
- • The pre-employment training (PET) is aimed at JOB ready learners.
- • The programme is delivered in collaboration with employer to suit its recruitment needs.
- • The PET programme is 3-4 weeks long with guaranteed job interview.
- • Employers are integrated into the selection process.
- • Learners develop sector specific skills and prepared for an interview.
- • No previous experience of sector is essential.
