The heart of our SR is reflected in our Purpose and Goals which are central to the success of our business As a Voluntary Organisation with a commitment to its community and those most disadvantaged, we maintain a level of social responsibility that complements our community activity. It governs our business operations and engagement with stakeholders including employees, government, business, regulating bodies, customers and community.

It is our commitment to provide quality educational and employment services to our community by addressing the needs of the most disadvantaged with exceptional learner or community experience

Provision of basic educational support and advice – to Non-Governmental Organisations in Africa by striving to do our bit for society and donations to educational and employment skills support to young children and Adults with meaningful outcomes Providing an effective and confident Workforce – confidence in their Role and the Organisation and creating a safe working environment

Environmental Sustainability – Contributing to energy efficiency by reducing Carbon footprints.  We seek to minimise electricity consumption in the workplace. Electrical devices are turned on only on a demand/need basis. We encourage paperless companies – to use and encourage electronic communication and online assessment. We buy from suppliers with similar Business Ethics.

Accountability and Governance – we strive for excellence in delivery, effective accountability and Compliance, and governance for maximising performance and success. By acting by regulations and laws, having a culture of Integrity, adaptability innovation and organisation behaving fairly and honestly.

Paris (LGBTQ) – Supported group for LGBTQ young people (13-19 years old) living in the Newham Borough.  Paris is unique and the only support group for people in the Borough of Newham.  They provide personal development needs by providing access to a safe non-judgemental service with professional youth work staff.

Jericho Road Project – The projects exist to alleviate poverty in the borough of Lewisham.  They support those who live on the streets, helping them to become functioning members of society who make their contributions to their community. https://www.kingschurchlondon.org/social-action/

The BIG RED BOX Project: – The Big Red Box project has been running for over 10 years, supporting families and individuals across south east London with a Christmas food hamper. In our first year the project distributed 246 boxes to families through the church and local Social Service teams. Spring 2019, the project had expanded to 2,266 boxes which were distributed across six boroughs in the south-east. This incredible result was due to the support from individuals donating through King’s Church London and at local supermarket collections, local schools, and businesses, as well as through large corporate food donations.
