Working in Child Care

Our Skills Bootcamps in Early Years are short courses that will give you the opportunity to upskill your skills in childcare as you will continue working in a fun and fulfilling environment where you continue making an impact on young lives. Skills in Early Years will give the opportunity to work in a choice of settings including childminders, preschools, nurseries, and school reception classes.  As supervisors develop the skills to improve leadership and motivating the team members and will learn about professional development and different roles within Childcare along with how to support healthy lifestyles and Child Safety for children through the provision of food and nutrition and Paediatric First Aid.

Cover the important aspects of safeguarding. One of the units will give you the skills you need to follow legislation relating to equality, diversity and inclusive practice. Gain important techniques on how to support healthy lifestyles for children through exercise.

Employee will achieve the Certificate as well as receive wraparound support in Basic Skills (English/Maths and Digital Skills) and employability support to develop them in preparation for in work progression in Early Years support.

The Programme has 1 target groups:

Our courses are aimed to support those working but low skilled working adults including upskilling CPDs for those living in London region to improve efficiency and profitability.
