  • Support digital services

Qualifications

Upon completion, you will receive the following qualification:

  • NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Digital Support

Progression

By achieving these qualifications, you may be able to progress:

  • To employment or apprenticeship
  • To possible volunteering opportunities
  • Or to another course / level
 

In addition, you will increase your confidence and motivation after completing this programme.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for one of our free courses, you need to:

  • Aged 19 and above (as of the 31st of August of the current year)
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Be a London resident
  • Be actively seeking work
Course Requirements

In addition to our eligibility criteria, you must have:

  • English and maths qualifications at Level 1 or 2 (or GCSE)
  • IT skills or qualifications at Level 2
  • A "working towards Level 2" result in your initial assessment
Steps to Enrol
  • Complete a Skills and Careers Assessment
  • Must complete English, maths and IT Initial Assessments with us to assess your current level
  • Have an Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) meeting with one of our advisers to discuss and plan your learning journey.
