MI ComputSolutions is looking for an inspirational, dynamic, and motivating projects coordinator. This role will be responsible for key projects within the organisation, inspiring and supporting adult learners. Coordinate, work with partners and other agencies; and ensure that targets, milestones, and standards of excellence are achieved. To lead on the support provided to learners and provide peer support to other members of staff.
This role will be a cross-service function, liaising with advisers, outreach officers, admin managers, trainers/assessors, department leads and the funding bodies to ensure that we successfully meet the targets set by the programme.
To implement, coordinate and report on our successful ESF/ESFA funded projects for the Foundational Learning programmes. The projects fall into two strands, support for the unemployed and up-skilling people who are already in work and supporting people into their chosen careers.
Working with ESF/ESFA/GLA projects or similar is desirable as is someone who has proven experience of working on previous project management. Ability to work on your own initiative and build strong relationships with both employers and learners to promote the services MISDC provides within local communities and employers.
To contribute to business plans, action plans or proposals, as required, for the allocated project(s), or for future projects where required and to understand the specific eligibility criteria of multiple projects
The successful candidate will be required to visit the new business and market programmes so that we successfully recruit new referrals.
We require someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, target driven environment where customer service is paramount. Knowledge of skills and employment programmes would be an advantage.
