Our Customer Service Apprenticeship/Traineeship will give you the opportunity to develop a rewarding career in business. Successful completion of this qualification will equip you with an excellent all round knowledge of customer service and business. Providing you with a platform to develop your career and earning potential.
There are no specific academic entry requirements. However, prospective candidates MUST have a legal right to work in the UK.
On completion of the qualification, you will receive a Technical Certificate in Customer Service.
After studying Levels 2 & 3 in Customer Service students often progress to a higher level QCF such as Team Leadership, Management or AAT qualifications
The knowledge gained will provide valuable learning should a learner choose to progress onto an Apprenticeship in a related area.
How long does it take?
There are no time restrictions as you can study at your own pace. The course typically takes learners from 6 to 9 months to complete, but this will depend upon your experience and desire to progress.
How much will it cost?
Due to Government funding, your courses and qualification may be subsidised or free depending on your circumstances (in employment or unemployed).
Persons aged 16-18 are fully funded, 19+ are co-funded or fully funded depending on individual circumstances.
Candidates aged 24 and above may be eligible to apply for Student Loan to cover the cost of the course.
